AusCann does not currently have a dividend policy in place. The Company is not yet revenue generating. Upon revenue generation and then profitability the Company intends to reinvest any future profits in order to continue to grow the business.

The Board reviews its growth strategy and dividend policies at regular meetings and assess them against the Company’s working capital requirements and growth opportunities.
